Parent Resources

Parents and guardians play an important role at Little Jewels Learning Center. Your involvement is invited and you will always be welcome to watch what's happening in the classroom, to join your child for a meal, and to speak directly with the Director and the staff.

Meals
The following meals will be provided for the children at the Center.

  • Breakfast
    served from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

  • Morning Snack
    served from 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

  • Lunch
    served from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 noon

  • Afternoon Snack
    served from 2:30 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.

If your child has a food allergy please let us know so we can substitute an appropriate alternative.

What we provide & what you provide

Here is a list of the items Little Jewels will provide for the children in each age group, accompanied by a list of items that parents need to provide.

Infants
We provide: sheets, blankets, bibs, burp rags, cubby, crib, saucers, swings and bouncy seats.
Parents provide: baby food, formula, bottles, pacifiers, diapers, wipes, ointment, clothes, coat, gloves, hat and shoes.

Toddlers & Two Year Olds
We provide: sheets, blankets, cubby, cot and food prepared by our cook.
Little Jewels will also supply toddlers with bibs and sippy cups.
Parents provide: diapers, wipes, ointment, clothes, pacifiers, coat, gloves, hat and shoes.
Parents of two year olds need to supply pull-ups.

Three Year Olds and Pre-K
We provide: sheets, blankets, cubby, cot, food prepared by our cook.
Parents provide: clothes, coat, gloves, hat, shoes.
